Logistics Support

Ensure spare availability: 

• Ensure the availability of spares for Central, and strategic Regions

• Track the movement of spares

• Perform Site movement process for spares

• Perform Move order process for spares

• Perform Faulty SRN process for spares

• Engage MS and SCM teams on Repair process and Follow up 360deg on all R&R cycle

• Ensure R&R SLAs are met

• Produce timely reports on R&R process

Maintain various spare databases : 

• Maintain consolidated spare database in structured tables to allow easy manipulation and queries

• Collaborate with 2nd line, MS, Field teams to get real time updates of installed base and spares equipments

• Provide regular reports to management on status of spares in overall network

Compliance to Airtel processes : 

• Ensure compliance with Airtel process on site asset movements

• Secure management approvals

• Ensure recording of all site movements forms and all approvals

• Technician Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanic/Civil/Telecom Fields
• 1-3 years of Experience in Multinational Company
• Practical knowledge of Mobile Network equipments
• Ability to interact with various partners and vendors
• Well organized, methodical; Excellent knowledge of Excel
