As the Client Acquisition Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Enterprise Growth Manager to enhance the effectiveness of our Client Acquisition Team.

Missions
Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Enterprise Growth Manager to organise and improve the Partner Acquisition Team system (paths to partner companies, interaction with partners, managing database and CRM system)
Create email campaigns or other tools to promote our developers and attract potential partner companies
Working with the Enterprise Growth Manager on the email campaign performance and analytics
Potentially working on Partners’ contracts if has a legal background
Organising new systems to send email campaigns or to use other tools to attract jobs for our developers
Exchanging with interested partners with the guidance of the Enterprise Growth Manager
Managing an Online researcher who is responsible for collecting email addresses of prospective partner companies
Updating developers CVs
