Key responsibilities

  • Planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s Commercial & Marketing strategies.
  • Promotion and sales of company facilities and services.


Missions

  • Be able to give correct information to Agents/ guests regarding company facilities and activities
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Commercial department through effective interdepartmental communication.
  • Involvement in the company's commercial activities plan.
  • Assist in the development, design, and calculation of attractive offers for individual customers, Travel Agents & Tour Operators
  • Assist the Commercial Director/ Sales & Marketing Manager in managing Key accounts through calls & correspondences
  • Assist in the preparation of Tour Operators/ Travel Agents contracts in accordance with current business prices
  • Prepare online Newsletters and promotional emails and organize the distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing for both social media & website and accordingly
  • Launching optimized online advertisements/ offers to increase the visibility and drive revenue
  • Carry out site inspections for existing or new products/ services and meet with existing and prospective business partners
  • Host Educational trips from a Sales perspective
  • Prepare reports and statistics·       

Perform any cognate duty assigned by the Commercial Director and Sales & Marketing Manager

Profil

Qualifications:

  •  Certification or degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • A good knowledge of traditional marketing and/or e-marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Proficiency in English and French Languages
  • Proficiency in Russian and/or German is crucial
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
