Key Account Manager

Missions

  • Responsible for improving organization’s market position and achieves financial growth;
  • Negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions;
  • Increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the organization;
  • Produce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations;
  • Identify key customer requirements and coordinate with the management, product line, and service support staff to ensure smooth project delivery, serve existing clients and ensure they are satisfied and positive;
  • Develop new Business strategic and cultivate relationships with customers on all levels;
  • Collect and analyze marketing data for given sector, industry (carrier business);
  • Utilize strategic best practice sales methodologies to ensure that appointments and new business opportunities convert to new business sales;
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships, promote the full range of Huawei product & solutions;
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs, be the driver for internal project coordination;
  • Develop new business plans with customers and their partners and help define new business relationships;
  • Responsible for reaching the financial KPIs of the account;

Profil

  • Master ’s Degree Business Management, Economics, Sales, Telecommunication or related qualification will be an advantage
  • 10+ years of direct sales / account management experience in communications networks with a proven track record of an equipment manufacturer company, distributor or system integrator;
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing, etc.);
  • Proven business development experience and ability to meet target;
  • Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through generating of leads;
  • Must be active, team work, and fast learning, and can adapt to multi-national company working environment;
  • Fluent in both English and French, Chinese is a plus;
  • Proactive, persuasive and proven ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to do multi task;
